SC Ports’ capital investment plan positions it as a catalyst for revitalizing Charleston’s
industrial market. The $1.04B Port of Charleston improvements, including the Leatherman
Terminal and Wando Welch Terminal will solidify its East Coast position of power. The
under construction Navy Yard Intermodal facility will unify maritime and rail operations and

double its capacity while extending 8,000 feet of new rail.
