MONTH 3 | PROFESSIONALISM
Month 3 Goal: Mentor and Mentee address work-related
challenges and assess skills, creating a development plan with
targeted training, certifications, or projects to support career
growth.
Activity: Mentor and mentee discuss professionalism in addressing workrelated challenges, such as difficulties with supervisors or career
advancement, while assessing the mentee’s skillset against their career goals.
Together, they create a skill development plan that includes targeted training,
certifications, or projects to support growth.
Outcome: Mentee identifies key skills to develop and a clear plan to achieve
them.

Share the list of growth initiatives.
Facilitate a conversation with the
mentee to identify key skills
required for their career trajectory.
