PAIRING MENTORS AND MENTEES
1. Application Process:
Both mentors and mentees will complete an online application form detailing
their career background, goals, areas of expertise, and preferences for
mentorship.
Mentors will specify the type of guidance they are most comfortable
providing (e.g., leadership development, networking, technical skills), while
mentees will indicate their primary areas of interest and development needs.
2. Matching Criteria:
We will use the information from the application forms to pair mentors and
mentees based on several factors:
Career Goals Alignment: Mentees will be matched with mentors who have
relevant experience in the mentee’s area of interest or career goal.
Geographical and Cultural Considerations: Where possible, we will
consider geographical location (if relevant) and cultural backgrounds to
foster relatable and supportive connections.

3. Pairing and Introduction:
Once matches are finalized, both mentors and mentees will receive an email
introduction.
The email will provide initial details about their partner, including
background information, mutual interests, and suggested first steps to begin
