The Latinos In Transit (LIT) Mentorship Program is a 12-month
initiative designed to foster valuable connections between earlycareer and experienced professionals in the transit industry.
Aligned with LIT’s mission to promote the advancement and
development of Latinos in transportation, this program provides
structured and meaningful interactions that support growth and
career advancement within public transportation.
