MONTH 9 | MID-YEAR REVIEW AND GOAL
ADJUSTMENT
Month 9 Goal: Evaluate the mentee’s progress toward initial goals,
identify challenges, and refine strategies or goals to ensure
continued growth and alignment with career objectives.
Activity: Mentor and mentee review the progress made toward the goals set
at the start of the program. They assess what has been achieved, identify
challenges, and adjust goals or strategies if necessary.
Outcome: Mentee gains feedback on their progress and realigns efforts for
the remaining months.

Review the SMART goals set at the
beginning of the program, prepare and
submit a summary of progress,
achievements, and challenges. Use this
template.
Meet with mentor and share what has
worked well and areas of difficulty.
Incorporate feedback and work with
the mentor to adjust goals or strategies
for the remainder of the program.
Submit a memo with the updated goals
or strategies. Use this template.
Schedule next meeting.
