Month 8 Goal: Equip the mentee with knowledge and strategies to
advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the transit
industry, fostering a more inclusive workplace environment.
Activity: Mentor mentor and mentee engage in a discussion about the
importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the industry. The mentor
shares their experiences and offers advice on how mentee can advocate for
these values in their workplace.
Outcome: Mentee gains insight into fostering an inclusive workplace and
promoting diversity.
