practical exposure through job shadowing or project
collaboration, enhancing their understanding of industry
operations and professional roles.
Activity: Mentor arranges for mentee to shadow them or another professional
for a day or involves them in a short-term project to gain hands-on
experience.
Outcome: Mentee gains practical exposure and a better understanding of
day-to-day operations in the industry.
