as well as on the Japanese news. MOM is
also in partnership with Leomina
Productions LTD, which is an acting
company. We have also produced a book
called; Mind Over Matter, which is available
to purchase on Amazon and other leading
publishing sites.
Mind Over Matter TV Show is a mental
health talk show to raise awareness across
the UK and beyond. It was founded in
2022 by Anastasia Frangoulis – Imana TV
Productions LTD.
It consists of mental health interviews with
real-life people and celebrities sharing their
stories and their personal experiences and
how they overcame it. They give tips and
advice to the world watching. It also
includes mental health games and
challenges as well as many panel
discussions surrounding mental health.
During 2024 MOM partnered with Leomina
Productions LTD to create a short MOM
movie to include in the episode which
focuses on a young woman suffering from
mental health. The movie is called: Boiling.
MOM has developed and grown a lot over
the year with lots of amazing things
happening and even more amazing things
to come!
Mind Over Matter has been a successful
journey within one year of its launch. We
produce an episode each month and we
have just finished filming episode 8. We
have had different guests appearing on the
show such as: Reality TV stars like; Zahra
Palmer who appeared on XFactor, ITV
channel and she has her own record label,
we have also had Stevie Richie as well as Z
& Saffire and Andrew Gough Aka as Goffy
– a famous knuckle boxer & actor.
