How do you feel biases are in the
entrepreneurial, small business,
creative or changemaking spaces?
I believe there are many known and
unknown biases that impact our
interactions with the world around
us. When we openly talk about these
without judgment, we can address
them, move beyond the biases, and
work
together.
The
basic
understanding that we are all equal
with differing opinions, ideas,
experiences, and beliefs, and that’s
what makes us interesting together,
is a concept that needs to be
ingrained into our DNA.

Many quotes to write here but this
serious one comes to mind by
Christiana Figueres: "If we do not
address climate change in a timely
manner, it does not really matter
what we do on human rights, on
education or on health, because
destruction on the planet will be so
severe, everything else will fall by
the wayside.".
