Instead, get to know people as individuals and challenge the assumptions you
might have about them.
Create Inclusive and Accessible Spaces: Whether it’s at school, work, or in your
community, make sure you are creating spaces where everyone feels welcome
and valued. This might mean speaking out when you see exclusion, ensuring
physical and digital spaces are accessible, or taking steps to ensure that
everyone’s voice is heard.
Moving Forward Together
Inclusion has the power to transform our world. It brings us closer, helps us
overcome division, fights inequality, and ensures that everyone belongs. But
inclusion isn’t something that happens on its own—it’s something we must work
towards together. By embracing DEI, we can create a future where everyone feels
like they belong, where every person’s unique gifts are celebrated, and where we
are united, not divided.
Let’s move forward together, with inclusion as our guide, to build a world that is
