flourish. When people feel listened to
and understood, they’re more likely to
invest fully in the collaborative process
and bring their best ideas forward.
Make sure that what you’re working
towards hits the goals or brings benefits
for all and that all parties are doing the
same. If you strive intentionally to bring
benefits to your collaborators, you’ll find
that most will very much appreciate
your approach and work just as hard to
ensure your goals are met.
