how rebel collaboration fuels innovation and impact

I’m a huge advocate for knowing and
communicating our value. We each have our
individual thinking, skills, ideas, talents, and
lived experiences. There is, however, often a
misconception that collaboration lessens the
value of the individual. People can be hesitant to
approach it openly or genuinely —with a fear
that our individual success will be less in some
way.
In contrast to this paradigm, I’ve approached the
building and scaling of Lady Rebel Club® with
what I’ve coined as Rebel Collaboration.
It’s a mindset that challenges us to break out of
our silos, seek out diverse perspectives and
people, and push the limits of what’s possible.
When we collaborate with people who are
different from ourselves or even who technically
may be competitors, we’re not only expanding
our knowledge base—we’re building something
far more powerful and impactful than any one
person could achieve alone.
