Here's a golden nugget of business wisdom:
Always be ready to roll with the punches. The
world never stops changing, and if you keep an
open mind and stay flexible, you will be able to
adapt swiftly and smartly when needed.
This kind of adaptability can unlock new doors,
helping your business thrive even when times
are tough. Plus, remember to listen to your
customers and team.
My journey into entrepreneurship began with a
deep desire to create meaningful solutions
that address real-world problems. From an
early age, I was driven by the passion to
innovate and make a positive impact in the
lives of others. Starting my own business was
a natural extension of this passion, allowing
me the freedom to pursue ideas without
limitations and to create a workplace culture
grounded in collaboration, growth, and
inclusivity. It all started with a single idea that
grew into a mission: to empower people and
organisations to reach their highest potential
through creative and effective strategies.
One piece of personal advice I would share is to
prioritise self-compassion. Life and business
can be unpredictable, and it's easy to be hard
on yourself when things don't go as planned.
Celebrate your achievements without being
overly critical. It helps you maintain a healthy
perspective, builds resilience, and enables you
to approach challenges with a positive mindset.
Be kind to yourself.
I didn’t always feel like I was "born to be" an
entrepreneur, but I have always had a strong
inclination towards creating and problem
solving.
Seeing many organisations struggle to
transform their potential into tangible results
inspired me to start London Intercultural
Academy. It was the excitement of building
something from the ground up and the
possibility of making a meaningful impact.
That journey, lled with both challenges and
obsticles, reinforced my passion and
commitment to this path.
[And remember] When things don't go as
planned, it's a chance to learn, adapt, try new
ideas, and improve. You will come out stronger
and better.
Do believe diversity is a crucial aspect of
growing your business? If so, in what way/s?
Ofcourse. Diversity resambels the dierent
perspectives that shape our universe. think
about it. when you are watching a football
match (for example) you have over 22 cameras
lming the match. The more the better, Why?
Because each one oers a dierent viewpoint,
helping you see the action with crystal clarity
from nearly every direction. That what
DIVERSITY is.
If you were turned into an animal - what
would you like it to be and why?

Learn, Grow, and enjoy the journey. Never
settle for what is normal or basic. Always aim
for the stars.
