Emotional intelligence is often one of the most
overlooked yet vital qualities of a business
owner or leader. It is the ability to understand
and manage one's own emotions, as well as the
emotions of others. This quality enforces eective
communication, conict resolution, and empathy,
all of which are crucial for building strong,
cohesive teams and nurturing a positive
organisational culture.
