Debra is a recognised market influencer. She's

for the rights of persons with disabilities. She's
a leader, a published author, successful
entrepreneur, Chief Executive at Billion Strong,
and a fantastic mother.
Starting with you and your daughter Sara's
story... I've read a little bit about it and your
subsequent calling to do more around
empowering people with disabilities. I've also
seen where the two of you do talks together
and all of these great things. I guess first and
foremost, how does it feel to be able to
actually do a talk with your daughter?
She challenges me more than anybody else...
She really keeps me hopping. I named her after
my mother. My mother has passed away now,
but my mother was like that, too. My mother
always was surprising me and challenging me,
not always in the most positive ways. But [my
daughter] is a very complex individual. I think it's
confusing when society says comments that are
well-meaning comments like,
