3. Know your strengths: Get really good at
recognising and saying to yourself and
anyone that will listen, what you are good
at. Remove the importance of your physical
body as any indication of how valuable you
are to the world and switch to seeing your
heart, mind and soul as your value.
4. Gratitude: Get really grateful for what
your body can do instead of what it cant.
Find practical reasons to be thankful for
instead of focusing on the way it looks that
does not match what you feel it should.
In a world that often values conformity over
individuality, you have to rewrite the
narrative of success in business and life. You
get to choose what success looks like to
you. You get to choose how you feel about
yourself and how you show up in the world.
The best thing you can do is create your own rules
and guidelines for what that looks like and
recognise that not everyone has chosen to feel
that sense of liberation that comes when you
choose to embrace yourself exactly as you are.
They are still following what society expects and
that should have no impact on the way you get to
feel.
