"Mind Over Matter is a TV talk show based on mental health. The purpose of it is to
raise awareness across the world and the UK. It consists of interviewing real-life
People and celebrities share their mental health story, their coping
mechanisms, and how they overcame them. It also involves mental health games and
challenges as well. Most TV shows are based on celebrities or fashion, but no talk show is
based on mental health, so it is something new and different."
