we shouldn't have to hide who we are and
keep everything inside of us. We should be
able to share and express our feelings and
emotions. To be open and not hide is so
essential.
"One thing I'd say for everyone to try and
remember is to have confidence in what
you do and never give up - keep trying your
best to build your business."
Please elaborate on the TV production
company and what the show will feature.
"Sure, Imana TV Productions LTD is
creating a TV show called 'Mind Over
Matter'. It is a show that is currently online,
but it is going on the Lady Rebel Club® TV
Network this Spring. I also hope to have it
on local TV. It is a show about mental
health and to raise awareness. It includes
interviewing different people who have had
experiences or suffered from mental health
and who is willing to share their story. It
will also involve interviewing mental health
specialists and coaches. We will also
include mental health games/challenges to
make it more fun and not just serious. It will
be like a talk show.
"My purpose for the show is to not only
raise mental health awareness around the
world, but I would also like to have my
mental health charity to help people
suffering from mental health."
