Know Your Gold
I have a saying, “You are a goldmine,
don’t let anyone tell you any
differently.” I believe we all have value
to give. I’ve always known a big chunk
of my gold has been my grit. I have
many attributes, yet my spirit has held
me together through many tough
times,
including
traumas,
lost
businesses, chronic illnesses, fatigue,
pain, my husband’s stroke, an incurable
blood cancer diagnosis and more.
It’s not arrogant to
yourself and your gold.
value
Believe in its value, your value. Others
will only fully value you once you fully
value yourself. I wish someone were
standing on the side of the road when I
started my business, jumping up and
down with a sign that read, “You are a
goldmine! You’ve got value to give BELIEVE IT!” But there wasn’t. I
suppose this chapter is my way of
jumping up and down, holding that
sign for you.
