What is Funfulness?
Funfulness is the concept Amy Polly created after years of
mindfulness practice, mindfulness teaching, and it is what her
company Funfulness Inc. is named after.
Watching a child’s delight as she rocked up to their school in
her cartoon tracksuit with her mindfulness journals and
seeing the laughter in corporate rooms when she made jokes
whilst wearing bright pink and talking about mental health,
made her realise how powerful fun and play is.
