System
Building a supportive network can be
a powerful tool. Surrounding yourself
with people who understand and
appreciate your journey will provide
encouragement and validation. Seek
out friends, family members, or
support groups where you can
openly share your thoughts, feelings,
and experiences without fear of
judgment or rejection.
Additionally, think about connecting
with individuals who have ADHD or
those who are knowledgeable about
it. Sharing experiences and strategies
with others who can empathise with
your challenges can bring a sense of
belonging,
validation,
and
empowerment.
