What do your kids think of dad's
job?
They are 8 and 10, so they get the
concept of what I do and think of me
as changing the world for the better.
They are my biggest cheerleaders
and celebrate our small wins more
than I do. They think it’s exciting that
I get to travel and do work in the
media, and when they find out about
things like visiting 10 Downing
Street and filming with IKEA, they
always ask lots of questions about
what it’s like.
What's a mistake you learned from
in business?
internally driven and don’t seek
much external validation, praise or
feedback. In my opinion, you need
both, but external is much more
explosive, while internal is slowburning and sustainable.
