enable younger members to pay their
contribution on a graduated scale was
approved in 1994. The program became
Leadership 100 Partners in 2007, and
today is known as Young Professionals,
who numbered 223 as of 2023.

Annual Conferences, which include
the Annual Meeting of the General
Assembly, and meetings of the Executive
Committee and Board of Trustees, began
in 1992.
Among the major grants was one of $1
million for the building of the Archbishop
Iakovos Library and Learning Resource
Center at Hellenic College-Holy Cross
School of Theology in Brookline,
Massachusetts. Archbishop Iakovos
himself presided at the ground-breaking
ceremonies on April 1, 1996.
Leadership 100 began funding
of the Youth Ministry over 19911996, GOTelecom in 1996, provided
Earthquake Relief to St. Nicholas Church
in Northridge, California in 1994 and
helped initiate and support International
Orthodox Christian Charities in 1992.
