Watch collecting is much more than just
buying and wearing one for the purpose of
telling the time. Rather, it is the sum total of
the relationship the collector develops with
his watch, and the experiential journey he
embarks on with his watch. And a huge part
of this journey is personal photography.
This book is a collection of inspiring photos
taken by Kurono collectors, of their Kurono
watch - across various settings, backdrops
and situations. They are not professional
photographers, and the pictures are taken
with whatever they have on-hand - whether
their personal mobile phones, or more
elaborate setups with complex camera
equipment.
And because all of the collections
featured here are sold out and will not
be repeated in the future - the book aims
above all else to embrace and celebrate
the simplest determinant in owning a fine
watch - Passion.
