REZDÔRA
rezdôra is a new York Times three-star restaurant and a 2021 Michelin Star recipient from Chef
Stefano Secchi and Partner David Switzer in New York City’s Flatiron neighborhood. The menu
celebrates the cuisine of Emilia Romagna and is centered around house-made pasta, a nod to
the restaurant’s name which translates to “head of household”-usually a nonna who hand rolls
pasta. Traditionally prepared meat, fish, local vegetables, and Northern Italian wines complement
the offerings. Source: www.rezdora.nyc
ATOBOY
Borrowing its name from the ancient Korean word ‘Ato’ meaning gift, Atoboy first opened its doors
in July of 2016, inspired by the concept of banchan: small side dishes served with every Korean
meal. It has since been recognized by New York Times, the Michelin Guide, OAD alongside global
dining destinations. Atoboy currently offers a 4-course prix-fixe menu alongside a curated
selection of beverages with a focus on wines. Source: www.atoboynyc.com
OLMSTED
olmsted is a neighborhood restaurant in the heart of prospect Heights from chef-owner Greg
Baxtrom (of Patti Ann’s, Five Acres, & Olmsted). We offer a seasonal, ingredient-driven menu,
some of which comes straight from our backyard garden (yes, you’re welcome to sit there for a
drink and a bite). We built the entire 50-seat restaurant with a living wall and lush garden
ourselves, and named it after Frederick Law Olmsted, the famed architect behind nearby
Prospect Park. Source: www.olmstednyc.com
COTE
COTE, the carnivorous vision of proprietor Simon Kim, blends the dining experience of Korean
barbeque together with the hallmarks of a classic American steakhouse. The result is a unique,
convivial and interactive atmosphere, accompanied by the highest quality uSDA Prime beef, an
impeccable 1200+ label wine list, and a suite of classic-but-creative cocktails. Smokeless grills
in every table, combined with cuts from our in-house dry aging room, ensure that every morsel of
steak is hot, fresh, and caramelized to perfection. COTE is NEW YORK CITY’S first KOREAN
STEAKHOuSE™. Source: www.cotenyc.com
