Anne Kolb Nature Center
When it opened in 1996 after years of
planning and development, this 1,501-acre
nature center became the largest in our park
system, a coastal mangrove wetland rich in
plant and animal life, including some
threatened and endangered species.
Experience nature in a kayak or canoe,
stumble upon a birding habitat, enjoy the thrill
of an Everglades airboat ride, or explore South
Florida’s biodiversity at a nature center at
Broward County Park.
