Club Membership, Kiley Lamey. “Looking to

Members of The Club enjoy the wonderful

special events. Our children aged members,
5-12 years can enjoy their own club privileges
through The Surf Club, with its daily activities
and events, while adults can indulge in the
oasis of relaxation with serene beachfront
surroundings offered at our full-service spa.
As the Director of Club Membership, Kiley
oversees all aspects of the membership
program including sales, communications,
marketing and events all while delivering the
highest level of service to our members.“
Whether meeting with prospective members
or engaging with current ones, designing
exclusive monthly events, creating content for
our weekly newsletter or strolling the resort
with our Dog Ambassador, Wrigley, for meetand-greets with our guests, I fill many different
rolls at once,” she says. “While every day is
different, each day is a joy.”
For Kiley part of the joy of the job is finding
ways to deliver unexpected surprises,
anticipate member needs, and put thought
and attention into each interaction to offer
personalized service.
“I enjoy spending time with our members –
learning about their families and pets, their
favorite snack, or their jobs and hometowns
so that later I can follow up and check in on
that life update they shared with me. A smile
and short talk can really turn someone’s day
around, so we try and spread kindness like
confetti from our office.”
When she’s away from the resort, Kiley fills
her cup making memories with her husband,
two children, and their rescued Australian
Cattle Dog, Sonny. Together, they love traveling,
spending time in the pool, exploring parks, and
crafting.
