Marie Noel, one of our long time Recreation
Attendants, brings over two decades of
dedication to her role, embodying the essence
of genuine hospitality.
Marie’s journey in the hospitality industry at
Marriott Harbor Beach commenced 21 years
ago, where she started in the housekeeping
department. Fast forward to today, she is one
of the pillars of Harbor Beach’s recreation
operations, having worked in various
capacities that have enriched her
understanding of guest needs.
With an unwavering commitment to perfection,
Marie orchestrates the meticulous cleaning of
cabanas, sweeping and vacuuming the pool
deck, arranging plush cushions, and ensuring
pristine restrooms for guests to enjoy. “I take
immense pride in creating a perfect
environment for our guests to relax and
unwind,” says Marie. “It’s a privilege to
contribute to their memorable experiences.”
Marie’s affinity for guest interactions is evident
in her daily endeavors. “The best part of my
job is interacting with our guests and forming
lasting connections, especially with returning
visitors,” Marie shares with a warm smile.
“I believe that personal touch goes a long way
in making their stay extraordinary.”
Her dedication extends beyond her role, as
Marie’s thoughtful gestures go above and
beyond to delight guests. When the Florida sun
shines its brightest, she provides shadeproviding umbrellas, refreshing towels, and
cold water to ensure guests’ comfort.
“Witnessing their relief and gratitude is
incredibly rewarding,” she adds.

Collaboration is key in delivering a seamless
guest experience, and Marie closely
collaborates with the Sea Level team and
laundry department, ensuring guests have
access to fresh and comfortable amenities.
Marie’s commitment has not gone unnoticed.

photos with her, a testament to the genuine
impact she has on their stays. “These
moments of connection remind me why I love
what I do,” she reflects.
Off-duty, Marie values her time with family and
finds solace in church activities. Her values
reflect in her work, adding depth and
authenticity to her commitment to hospitality.
