Nestled on the banks of the North Saskatchewan River, the Edmonton Valley Zoo is a small and
intimate zoo that provides authentic and engaging animal experiences. Over the past few years,
capital investment from the City of Edmonton has supported the important work of the zoo.
We are working hard to create a vibrant new zoo for guests to closely interact with animals.

university oF alberta botanic garden
The University of Alberta Botanic Garden’s diverse collection, comprised of thousands of unique
plants, features a wide diversity of ornamentals, fruits, vegetables, trees and shrubs, with an
emphasis on plants suited to the extremes of a northern climate. Collections are organized to
display and interpret ecosystems, habitats and the relationships between people and plants.

nortHern alberta Jubilee auditorium
Built in 1957, the Alberta Jubilee Auditorium were gifted to Alberta as two premiere performing
arts venues. Over 60 years later, the Jubilee is continuing to make memories. In Edmonton,
the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium is situated adjacent to the University of Alberta.
