OPI Welcome Journey Email design
Since our CRM system transition in August, the Welcome 10% off offer for new email
subscribers launched in October on OPI.Com, has brought in an impressive £26k in revenue
through CRM channel.
In addition, we rolled out a 4-step welcome email series for new sign-ups, achieving a strong
10% click-through rate (regular ‘business-as-usual’ campaigns are at 1.3% currently)! Desiging
these emails was extreamly rewarding with Global markets picking up my designs and
translating them for global use.
