Kim Graham joined the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association on December 1, 2018.
Graham previously served as Senior Vice President for Outreach & Fund Development with
Charlotte Mecklenburg Housing Partnership (now DreamKey Partners), having primary
oversight of CMHP's community engagement, marketing/communications, and fund
development functions, raising the organization9s charitable contributions to historic levels. As
Vice President of Community Engagement for CMHP, she led community revitalization and
development efforts, faith-based and arts collaboratives, resident leadership development,
and neighborhood branding initiatives.
Graham has made numerous civic contributions in the Charlotte region, including serving as
President of the Mecklenburg PTA Council, which provides governance to the more than 150
parent groups in Charlotte-Mecklenburg. Graham currently co-chairs the City's Neighborhood
Equity & Stabilization Commission and serves as Vice Chair of the Housing Collaborative
Board of Directors. She has also served on the boards for the NC Business & Education
Technology Alliance, Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte's Neighborhood Matching Grants
Program, and Arts & Science Council Basic Operating Grants Panel.
A Philadelphia native, Kim holds a Masters of Public Administration from the University of
North Carolina at Charlotte and a B.A. from Johnson C. Smith University
