Shackerley House Plot - Flipbook - Page 3
DESCRIPTION
Set off a quiet country lane and occupying a nice level
plot, planning permission exists to build a single-storey,
two-bedroom house with a detached car port to one
side. The plot is a good size, in all circa. 0.23 acres, with
a neat garden to the front. Access to the site is currently
via the driveway to Shackerley House, however, the
proposal is to construct a new private driveway with
additional off-road parking.
The entrance leads into a central hallway connecting
a series of thoughtfully designed living spaces. At the
house’s heart lies a large open-plan living room and
kitchen, where a run of bi-fold doors open to an outdoor
terrace and lawn. On the opposite side of the house are
two double bedrooms both with wardrobe allocation
and one with an en suite. A separate family bathroom,
storeroom and utility area complete the layout.
