OUTBUILDINGS
Old Pole Farm Barn is a period two-storey barn that has been
the subject of a sympathetic renovation scheme by the current
owners to afford six stables, log store, oil tank store and
detached good-sized tack room. The tack room has a Belfast
sink, hot water heated pipes for rug drying and plumbing for a
washing machine, all of which is separately alarmed.
A games room/office above the tack room is accessed via an
external staircase. A first floor flat to the other side of the arch
offers great dependent relative, staff or working from home
space, with spacious rooms open to the eaves with exposed
timbers. There is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a
bathroom with separate shower.
A further purpose-built brick outbuilding houses three further
stables (making nine in total). Abutting this stable block is a
purpose-built horse box store. There is a steel portal framed
hay barn/machinery store. The current owners put in a 60x30
Charles Britton manège, ideal for dressage and jumping, all of
which is post and railed.
To complete the outbuildings is a triple garage block,
constructed by the current owners, with smart oak style up
and over doors, with dog kenneling behind.
