From Wilmslow proceed down Station Road, passing the train
station on your left hand side. At the roundabout turn right
onto Hough Lane (A5102). At the next mini-roundabout take
the first exit onto Prestbury Road (A538). Continue out of
Wilmslow, passing Mottram Hall Hotel & Golf Club on your
left hand side, driving up the hill. Proceed towards Prestbury
and, having passed Greenfield Lane on your heft hand side,
take the next right down a shared driveway, sign-posted
‘Mallard House’, ‘Robin Hill’ and ’49 Pond House’. The house
will be seen immediately on your left hand side.

The house is situated in an enviable position in the heart
of Cheshire’s most sought-after areas – Prestbury, Alderley
Edge and Wilmslow. These villages provide a wealth of
amenities, plus fashionable eateries and excellent boutiques.
The house is within walking distance of the picturesque
and increasingly popular village of Prestbury, which has
