From central Wilmslow proceed down Water Lane on the
A538 towards Manchester Airport. Turn immediately left
after the Texaco Garage, on your left, down Mobberley Road.
Follow this road almost to its end, and 200 yards before the
‘T’ junction with Hall Lane, Newton Hall will be seen on
your left hand side, clearly marked by an impressive set of
wrought-iron electric gates.

Newton Hall is situated within the conservation area, on
the outskirts of the ever-popular village of Mobberley,
which offers many day-to-day facilities. The local centres of
Alderley Edge 3 ½ miles, Knutsford 4 miles and Wilmslow
4 miles together provide a further wide range of shopping,
educational and recreational facilities.
The M6 motorway (J19) is 6 ½ miles, providing access to
Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham. Railway Stations
at Wilmslow, Alderley Edge and Knutsford provide
connections to Manchester in under half an hour and
London Euston in two hours.
Local private schools include The Ryleys, Alderley Edge
School for Girls, Terra Nova, both Manchester and Stockport
Grammar, Withington Girls School, Wilmslow Preparatory
School, The Kings School (Macclesfield), Pownall Hall,
Yorston Lodge, The Grange and Cheadle Hulme School.
