They consist of manicured lawnsand are formal in nature, with numerous areas of clippedbox hedging with ornamental yew trees sitting centrally,forming many interesting parterres. A number of large,mature trees are interspersed throughout the gardens.Two sets of impressive wrought-iron gates lead to a graveldrive with an expansive parking and turning area abuttingthe Hall and integral three car garaging. A deep matureplanted border with high red brick wall behind andespalier fruit trees form the boundary to the rear wing.Cathedral grade Yorkstone flagged terraces abut the Halland enjoy views of the gardens and can be accessed fromthe kitchen and orangery. An extremely pretty summerhouse overlooks the outdoor swimming pool, with electriccover, which is surrounded by stone flagged seating areaand is hidden from view by mature yew hedging. Behindthe pool is a grass tennis court with a pathway that leadsthrough the gardens and extensive lawns.The gardens enjoy views of the level paddock land,segmented into three paddocks, one of which runs downto Swim Brook.
