Gidlow Hall - Flipbook - Page 12
GARDENS & GROUNDS
The Hall is reached by a small, rural, no-through lane
with an electrically gated entrance. From this, a treelined sweeping drive leads to a stone bridge and moat
that encircle the Hall’s parterre gardens and terrace,
also electrically gated. These open to reveal a large
gravel parking area for numerous cars. A two-car garage
provides further parking to the rear. Within the confines
of the moat, beautiful lawns wrap around the Hall.
The extensive circa 46 acreage consists of rolling grass
and paddock land, a wonderful lake with a central
island and mature woodland to some boundaries. A steel
framed approx.4,354 sq ft agricultural barn currently
used for storage is included in the sale with potential for
Class Q conversion into a residential dwelling.
