visual creativity and Jill Camp for her content and organizational abilities. I would also like to
thank Jennifer Stephen, Karen Terry and Kelli Christensen for their editorial and content contributions. For their insight and encouragement in articulating fuzzy ideas, I would like to thank Rich
Ettenson, Jason Shaw, Tom Dierking, Jerry Blake, Don Tomaska, Bob Wright, Tim Fealey, John
Milby, Thomas Wiegner and finally Charlotte Beers. For her constant work and contributions, I would
like to thank Elizabeth Bylenga. I am grateful to our clients for constantly providing opportunities
to push our thinking to higher planes and apply every insight to an immediate business challenge.
I am profoundly appreciative of the consistent support and contributions of all of the above
individuals.
