DClub For Children 9-14 and...
New! DClub Mini For Children Aged 5-8!
Family Services is expanding!
Many children in the JDA family are the only deaf child in their school or
their class. At our new DClubs, they are not di昀昀erent and every activity is
organised with their needs in mind.
Our new DClubs have been set up to give our JDA
children opportunities to meet up regularly, get to
know other Jewish deaf children of their age and
enjoy activities tailored to their needs, or which
would otherwise be a challenge to access.
The response to the clubs has exceeded our
expectations!
As well as the fantastic outing to Harry Potter
Studios written about by Libby (on page 42), they
have thoroughly enjoyed an introduction to horse
riding and horse grooming at an Equestrian Centre
and had great fun adventuring together, outdoor
climbing at Go Ape.
