Classes focus on the progression of exercises beginning in
a chair, moving to standing at the barre or at the side of the
chair and traveling. Participants will practice body and brain

to the beat of the music is a proven technique that adds 昀氀ow
and fun!

MEET OUR NUTRITION COACHES
Lisa Ramirez is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and
Certi昀椀ed Dietitian licensed by the State of Wisconsin (CD).
She strives to help her clients create healthy relationships
with food and 昀椀nd balance. Lisa Specializes in community
nutrition, farm-to-school nutrition education, and helping
clients establish goals and 昀椀nd nutrition solutions to last a
lifetime.
Natalie Levandoski is certi昀椀ed as a Holistic Nutrition Coach
through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health. She
works with clients to 昀椀nd the balance between nutrition and
life. As a certi昀椀ed Personal Trainer, she can also work with
clients looking for body composition and re-composition
and help athletes develop a nutrition plan for exercise and
sports performance.
