only give great attention to making a
GSW degree affordable, but we also
focus every day on bright, prosperous
futures for our graduates.
JAMES How does Georgia Southwest-
ern prepare its students to enter the
workforce?

development programs, and accessibility and affordability is what has led to
GSW being recognized as the fastest
growing institution in the University
System of Georgia. Over 80 percent
of our students receive some form
of financial assistance. The Georgia
Southwestern Foundation provides
more than $2 million annually for
scholarships, and state programs like

the Hope and Zell Miller scholarships
help over 800 GSW students each year
with $3 million of financial support.
Also, over the past five years, scholarship funds available to students has
increased 22 percent.
