and (House of Representatives)
Speaker Jon Burns on this issue.”
When it comes to the state
Legislature, there’s no question
that GHA has played a crucial role
during past sessions, and now this
one, in shaping Georgia’s landscape
primarily through advocacy, educa-
tion, and quality improvement initiatives. Its influence extends across
multiple aspects of healthcare management and policy-making, impacting hospitals and health systems
statewide. And each initiative is
tailored to address specific challenges and is backed by a robust plan
that includes tracking progress and
adjusting strategies as needed to
ensure effectiveness.
As Noggle leads GHA into the
future, her commitment to collaboration and thoughtful dialogue
stands out. “It’s about finding common ground and advancing the
conversation in a way that benefits
all parties involved,” she says.
Those who know her and have
worked with her say her leadership
is not just about guiding GHA but
also about fostering a cooperative
environment that encourages innovation and collective problem-solving. And her work as CEO is more
than a role— she emphasizes that it’s
a mission to transform healthcare
in Georgia through strategic action,
advocacy and a deep commitment
to the community she serves.
