The Japanese Gardens,
created between 1906 and
1910, are the finest of their
kind in Europe, symbolizing
the ‘Life of Man’ through
plants, trees, water, and
rocks—providing peace
and beauty for all ages. St.
Fiachra’s Garden, designed
in 1999 by Professor Martin Hallinan, celebrates the patron saint
of gardeners and captures Ireland’s monastic heritage, offering a
serene display of the country’s natural beauty.
The Irish National Stud has also joined Thoroughbred Country, a
Kildare and Tipperary initiative to open up destinations to farms
and trainers throughout the counties.
