Sodexo’s global pledge to safety: To make sure everyone is doing what they must be
doing and move us closer to reaching zero harm, Sodexo has launched a brand-new
global HSEQ policy. Four key fundamentals make up the policy which will guide our
behaviours, help shape our focus, and will be supported by the things you need to be
doing to make sure everyone has a safe day, every day. Remember, health and safety is
your responsibility, not someone else’s.
Our pledge to safety is supported by global leading

HSEQ – our Tech and Services HSEQ team are
focussed on:
• Governance
• Standards
• Compliance
• Audits
• Mitigating risk and ensuring we deliver our
services safely for our teams and our customers.
FSMS – contains our Food Safety Standards, setting out
the minimum standards for food operations.
The Food Safety Standards have been split into three
main topic areas:
• Plan - basic operational and environmental
conditions required to be in place
• Do - Controls needed to produce food safely
• Check & Act - Disciplines in the event of an
authority visit
