We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our teams and customers.
All employees working in ‘regulated activity’ with children in a school are required by Sodexo to undertake
an enhanced check, including a children’s barred list check with the DBS (or PVG with Disclosure
Scotland) and an overseas check.
As well as an enhanced DBS check, an overseas check is carried out and a “Certi昀椀cate of Good Conduct”
obtained for any individual who has lived or worked outside the UK for a period of three months or more.
Safeguarding training will be delivered to our new employees as part of their induction training and
throughout their career. This will keep safeguarding at the forefront of every employee.
TUPE
All our systems are designed to make the TUPE process a positive experience for new team members
