experience every time. At Independents by Sodexo,
our objective is to provide exceptional food and

As professional chefs, we have several tricks under
our hats that address the subtle nuances of getting
pupils to eat, feel and perform well. For example,
many of our menus integrate more pulses, grains
and vegetables into dishes, even in non-traditional
combinations, to better support a balanced diet.
Our menus are not a one size 昀椀ts all, rather they are
designed to be deliverable, manageable and act
as steppingstones throughout the years as younger
pupils grow and develop tastes and their curiosity for
a variety of foods increases.
We are committed to minimising food waste. We
have a range of initiatives to manage this including
our Wastewatch system, whilst communicating
with the whole school community to create a
less wasteful society. We work with local farms to
showcase their produce and develop partnerships
with local growers, who will also deliver training and
education to the local communities.
We will present food that is truly exceptional,
impressing pupils and creating a positive impact
across the whole school community.
