Trust (EOT)
Established in 1989, IM&M Ltd has grown through the years thanks to our commitment to

success, we are committed to our clients and personnel well-being.
To ensure our legacy of excellence continues, IM&M Ltd transitioned to an Employee
Ownership Trust (EOT) in December 2023. Our majority % employee-ownership structure
fosters a sense of ownership among our personnel, leading to increased engagement and
productivity. Employees also bene昀椀t from pro昀椀t sharing funded by the EOT. This ensures our
team remains invested in delivering the exceptional service expectation, our clients rely upon
from IM&M Ltd.
