Senseware Flame Detectors and Test LampsBest in class, Industrial UV, UV/IR, and IR3 FlameDetectors. Flame Detector options include:Senseware UV Flame DetectorCLICK HEREto viewdatasheetThe Senseware UV (Ultraviolet) Flame Detector utilizes amicroprocessor for sophisticated electronic signal analysis, suitablefor indoor and outdoor applications such as fume hoods and outdoorstores. The flame detector has non-corrosive housing and is suitablefor indoor industrial areas where corrosion may play a role. UV(Ultraviolet) energy is emitted by almost every fire, both hydrocarbonand non-hydrocarbon fires. The Ultraviolet Flame Detector will alarmto Arc Welding. To prevent unwanted alarms, for example, electric arcsand or uncovered halogen lamps, the delay time for an alarm is 8-10seconds. This is sufficient for 90% of the applications. The UV FlameDetector is suitable for applications that include Hydrogen, RadioAmplifier and Antennas but also Heating Rooms for chemicals andInside Fume hoods in laboratories. A self-test is performed every hourto make sure the sensor and electronics operate well. A Test Lamp isavailable for regular inspections and end-to-end testing.Compatible with:Senseware Flame Detector, Test LampsSenseware UV/IR Flame DetectorCLICK HEREto viewThe SENSE-WARE UV/IR Flame Detector is a combination of an Ultraviolet anddatasheetInfrared Flame detector which utilizes a microprocessor for sophisticated electronicsignal analysis. The IR part of the flame detector has an additional alarm criterion, theanalysis of the flame flicker- frequency. The UV and the IR sensor must both exceed their alarmthreshold to initiate a fire alarm. The UV/IR Flame Detector has good false alarms rejection capabilitiesbecause the Ultraviolet sensor and the Infrared sensor do not share false alarm sources. The UV/IR Flame Detector can therefore be applied in areas where single UV or IR flame detectors couldpotentially cause false and/or unwanted alarms. To prevent unwanted alarms, the dynamic delay timefor an alarm is 4-8 seconds depending on the size and or the distance to the flames. The UV/IR FlameDetector is suitable for applications that include Hydrogen but in fact, every flame that emits hot waterwill be detected. A self-test is performed every hour to make sure the sensor and electronics operatewell. A Test Lamp is available for regular inspections and end-to-end testing.Compatible with:Senseware Flame Detector, Test Lamps39Contact our sales team on sales@im-m.co.ukwww.im-m.co.uk
