Zone 1/21 & Division 1, ATEX / IECEx Zone 2/22 and Division 2) can
be used as an intrinsically safe camera in hazardous areas. Camera
only – Via kiosk mode, the functionality of the Smart Ex® 02 can be
limited to using only the camera function.
Ecom Smart Ex® 02M Intrinsically Safe Smart Phone Certified for Mining
The Smart-Ex® 02M comes with the same and unrivalled features as the Zone 1 / Division 1
Smartphone, the Smart-Ex® 02. Same performances, same features, same quality. Of course, it is also

However, it is important to know that the Smart-Ex® 02M is a stand-alone device with an own mining
certification. With an ambient temperature range from 0°C to +50°C it is approved and certified for use
