NXTGENMEN: LEARNINGS
2023 ANNUAL REPORT
Men engage deeply on ideas of gender, gender equality and
behavioural change when they feel they are in a safe space.
The success and growth of the NxtGenMen programme is reliant
on ensuring that the programme is located within people’s
communities - in terms of physical location and in terms of the
NxtGenMen facilitators deployed.
Potential NxtGenMen delivery partners may be formally affiliated
with other organisations, or may occupy informal positions of
influence in their communities - SoHK should be open to working
with a range of partners.
